Sun, July 9, 2006 - 3:53 PMI like to keep active. I am fortunate to have the Shepherd Center here in Atlanta. They offer a wide range of activities.
> I have been a member of the peer support program since 1985.
> I am on the fencing team there.
> Occasionally I get to participate in research projects they sponsor.
> Other random workshops offer new experiences.
VSA Atlanta has some art exhibits and films which I enjoy attending.
Of course you can always find opportunities for advocacy. I have been very active with access in Atlanta parks. -
